Are you, or do you know of anyone who is, interested in learning tango in Bondi?

If yes, please read on...

Due to growing demand in the East for SoTango classes, Pablito and I are planning to offer two beginners courses in Bondi starting in the second week of November.

One course would be for complete beginners (Level 1) and the other for upper beginners (Level 2). The pre-requisite for Level 2 would be attendance of at least 6 - 8 group beginner lessons or equivalent.

The venue would be the beautiful and spacious Bondi School of Arts Hall on 138 Bondi Road (across from the Waverley Oval). The hall has mirrors and practice bars on the wall which are great for practicing technique!

Depending on interest, we will either run the courses on separate nights or on the same night concurrently. If the latter, we'll bring in extra teaching assistants to ensure plenty of 1: 1 attention for our students.

These are the options:
  • 6 Wednesdays:  7pm - 8pm (9 Nov - 14 Dec)
  • 5 Thursdays:      8pm- 9.30pm (10 Nov - 15 Dec - excluding 8 December).
As part of these courses we could also add an optional lesson from 7pm - 8.30pm on Friday 11 November. For the Level 1 course you will be able to bring a 'Bring a Partner for FREE (conditions apply). We'll also offer a discount for full-time students.

The course rate will depend on the night and the total course hours. Once the night is confirmed we can advise you of the rate.

Please let Sophia know by no later than Friday 21 October if you would be interested in joining one of these courses, indicating:
  • Which level you'd like to join.
  • Which night you prefer, and whether you are flexible with either night.
  • Whether you could attend the additional lesson on 11 November.
You may like to forward this post on to people you know who could be interested in learning the ultimate partner dance of tango!
