Stress management for tango dancers...

How about this strategy for stress management? Do you relate to this?

"Through times of trouble, uncertainty, excitement, pleasure, sadness, joy, love, grief, I find my body doing gentle Tango moves all by itself, solo. It seems to be the best way of expressing things that cannot be expressed through words.
It's this that reminds me why I dance Tango. It's my body's way of dealing with things that my mind cannot explain."
