Tango walk your way to health

Saw this photo on the net and thought - If walking is good for the brain, imagine how good tangoing, the ultimate 'walking dance' is! 

When we tango we walk (often for long durations) whilst hugging and being hugged, and listening to romantic music. We also get to socialise and exercise at the same time. What could be better?!

It certainly helps to boost the spirits!
