Our next 8-week Improvers course starts on Monday March 14 in North Sydney.

Course duration: March 14 - May 2 (8 Mondays).

Venue: 181 Blues Point Road, North Sydney

6.30pm - 7.30pm: Lesson

7.30 - 8pm: Warm up supervised practice session

Covers: Builds on moves from Beginners and introduces Parallel and Cross System Crosses, Medialunas and Giros. and Ocho Cortados.

Once you have completed the Improvers course you can attend our Intermediate / Advanced level courses.

You can attend with or without a partner. We encourage rotation of partners in our classes, but this is optional.
