Drill
Drill focused on: 
  • Stepping fully to one's axis
  • Giros to right and left using only one arm (to show the importance of the torso lead and to show the subtle 'pull' dynamic involved in the lead.
Moves
We continued refining the Week 3 move of Barrida to Cross and then linked this to:
  • Front Boleo 
  • Sandwich
The Front Boleo is a new move and introduces the concept of Boleos:
  • Boleo: from 'bolear' - to throw. A boleo may be executed either high or low. Keeping knees together, with one leg in back, swivel on the supporting leg.
