Cancellation policy for private lessons

If 24 hours notice is given there is a full refund of the cost of a private lesson.

If less than 24 hours notice is given there is no refund and the lesson is forfeited. The exception is if the lesson can be transferred to another time slot which must be within one week from the cancelled lesson  (and subject to SoTango's availability).

This policy applies to all packages and casual rates for private coaching.
