Master technique and then forget about it and be natural anna pavlova

"When I'm dancing with a woman, I don't think about how I'm going to lead her, how I'm going to make her movement happen. I just get into the music, relax, start walking, play." (Guille Barrionuevo)

Great advice from Guille. It however implies that one already has great technique, and the confidence that comes from that.  As the great ballerina Anna Pavlova said: "Master technique and then forget about it and be natural."

And no doubt Guille would add to that "...and be playful"!

You can see Guille 'practicing what he preaches' here with his equally playful partner Maria Sametband... Maria and Guille
