Love this milonga by Jenny Gil and Frank Obregon! The song is Frank's favourite milonga - No Hay Tierra Como La Mía. Originally from Venezuela, Frank and Jenny are now based in Beunos Aires and on the international teaching circuit.
I love everything about the way this couple dance - beautiful posture and footwork, sublime musicality, and lovely connection.
I remember first seeing them perform in Club Sunderland. It was about six years ago and the display prompted me to have a private lesson with them. It was an excellent lesson.
Hopefully they will be invited to the antipodes in the not too distant future.
