Recently found out about a nude yoga school in NYC, and thought it was an intriguing and bold idea: one that could only happen in a city like NYC!

Found the following comment on the school's website and thought it could be easily applied to tango...just replace the word Yoga with tango...

"Yoga teaches true mindfulness – living only in the present moment. In a recent study by the Journal of Sexual Medicine, researchers found that most feel they have a problem remaining focused. On a subtle level, yoga helps develop sense awareness in your body that teaches you to savor every sensation in your body. Being rooted in your body and being able to get out of your head, helps you to enjoy the experience in the present moment without being distracted by a million thoughts running through your mind. As you learn to reel in your mind and listen, you will be more able to focus on sensations and respond to your partner..."

The above comments are explaining how Yoga can improve your sex life. Increased focus, self and body awareness are also gained from learning and dancing tango. As tango is a partner dance, it inherently enhances the ability to be aware and receptive to your partner.
